I have never been an estate agent, so I did a lot of research on a number of franchised estate agents and they were either very expensive or not very competent or, in some cases, both! I looked at OPEN HOUSE for some time, doing the research you need before you approach them and I struggled to find anything odd or negative. So, having chatted with them, I met with them in Warrington and they were very relaxed, no hard sell or anything suspicious.

Again, after further research I decided to sign up and having just reached the end of my second year, I’m very happy with what I’ve done. It would be fair to say that as time has passed both they and I have become more professional with processes and they are now managing the communication and support very well.

For those of you like me who have no history of selling properties, or those who do, this really is worth the effort. It has a small outlay but the last two years have been great. It took me around three months to get going, but once I had a few “For Sale” boards up I was on fire!
