“I always liked the idea of running my own business but I didn’t think I had the skills to do so. I liked the idea of being part of a network and with Razzamataz there is always someone on the end of the phone and other Principals who have been through the same process. I have had a lot of support from not only the Head Office team but also from other franchisees who have been keen to pass on learnings from their launch.

“As a new business owner, there are lots of lessons to learn everyday but the most important one is to make sure I always stay motivated.

“It can be quite daunting and overwhelming at times but Razzamataz break everything down in to an easy to follow launch planner which makes it so manageable.

“Without a ‘boss’ it can sometimes be hard to get motivated but that is where the network and support system plays a big part. Everyone has those days so it can sometimes just be helpful to pick up the phone and have a quick chat with another Principal for a little inspiration.

“Buying into a franchise is an excellent way to begin running your own business. You have all the benefits of working for yourself but the added support and proven success of a well established and recognised brand. For a person new to business, it is ideal.”
