Kaushik was born in East-Africa and grew up in the UK. He has a degree in Finance and Accountancy and is a qualified ACMA accountant. He also has an MBA from a leading Management School.

Kaushik applied his financial and management experience in various international companies within the computer and high tech sector. He immigrated to Canada in the early 90’s and worked for a number of small, medium and large organisations.

When Kaushik returned to the UK, he became principal consultant within one of the biggest software companies, Oracle. He was assigned roles such as business relationship with international partners in order to deliver best solutions for their clients. Kaushik also drove their sales operations for key accounts in EMEA but he decided last year that it was time for him to get more freedom.

After some due diligence research, Kaushik found Antal International. He liked our entrepreneurial flair and the international side of our network. He wanted to work more with people and also to use his knowledge, experience and extensive contacts for the benefits of the candidates and clients.

Kaushik liked our business model, the support that Antal would offer him and the structure in place that he believes will allow him to get quicker to the point he would like his business to be.

Kaushik will focus on the IT and finance sectors in different industries within the UK but with the aim to provide international solutions to his clients and candidates.
He has found the training very interactive and relevant and he will follow his motto “Every problem is an opportunity” to make the most of his new career.
