This week, we caught up with SmartPA partner, Pat Marshall, who is currently completing her SmartPA training programme. We discussed how her training is going and what she is looking forward to when launching her business. Pat also gives advice to YOU and anyone considering a SmartPA partnership. Here’s what she said…

How is your training going so far?
My training is almost complete and I have thoroughly enjoyed all aspects of it. Each module has been exciting and a new challenge.

What is the best thing about SmartPA training?
The best thing about SmartPA training is the different methodology and approach they have to training. Each part of the training leads you into the next and really makes you think. It is cleverly presented using some online and some practical exercises. I feel really confident that I can approach the launch of my business, knowledgeable of the services and brand I will be delivering.

What are you looking forward to most about launching your SmartPA business?
I am looking forward to meeting new clients and making a difference to their businesses, and feeling enthusiasm, motivation and real job satisfaction. I also have the industry experts with me every step of the way in SmartPA.

What is the most interesting thing you have learnt during your training?
The most interesting thing that I have learned through the training is the Travel Organisation and Diary Management module, but also how it has made me think about my approach and organisation to tasks, and how a professional image instils client confidence.

What would you say to people considering the SmartPA partnership?
I am so pleased that I went for a SmartPA partnership; it gives you so many options, your own business, lets you feel in control, and make decisions. A proven service and product. SmartPA was definitely the right choice.
