About Me / Brief Background

I have a service engineer background in vending machines, coffee machines and owned a franchise business for 14 years carrying out gas and electrical safety inspections for Rolls Royce.

What made you decide to invest in the CAFÉLAVISTA franchise?

When the Rolls Royce factory closed due to Covid, I had to reconsider my career options. I had already invested in a few coffee machines with Cafelavista and received excellent returns so taking out the Regional Brand Partner Franchise for me was the logical next step.

How have you found the training and on-going support you have received from CAFÉLAVISTA?

The training has been great, and I was made to feel part of the company from day one. On-going support has been excellent, and Dan from HQ started delivering in-field support the week after my induction training.

How do your customers rate the quality of our coffee machine and ingredients?

All my customers have commented positively on the quality of the coffee and hot chocolate once given the opportunity to taste it. As part of that tasting they are also impressed with the ease of use afforded to them by the machine itself. Having quality ingredients and easy to operate & maintain machines has played a key role in turning prospects into happy and long-term customers.

Have your earnings met or are going to meet your expectations?

Yes 100%. Given that I started in earnest just before the summer break when business is notoriously quiet and difficult, with the marketing and sales support from CAFÉLAVISTA I have met my targets and am on course to exceed my goals for my first year’s income.
