New franchisees receive a comprehensive 2-week initial intensive training programme at our head office in Lincolnshire covering administration, marketing, recruitment, training and all operational aspects of the business. Full Care Management software training is also included. Franchisees also receive extensive comprehensive onsite and telephone support from a dedicated support officer over the term of the franchise, in order to assist you to develop and grow your business.

Daily Life of a Franchisee

This is a mostly an office-based role driving a team of dedicated care professionals to enable them to deliver a quality care service to clients.  You will be responsible for creating a strong local brand awareness in order to develop your growing business, as well as building and developing relationships within the community to generate client referrals.

While previous experience in the care sector is not a requirement, a genuinely caring attitude and a strong work ethic are musts.

Since our launch in 2008, our company has experienced significant growth, and due to the dedicated quality of our care, we received a 97% satisfied customer rating in 2010 and 98% rating in 2011 and 2012.

Throughout the last few years, Clarriots Care has continued to go from strength to strength, working with the NHS and local authorities. We currently employ more than 65 staff members, and have become firmly established as a premier supplier of home care services.

Total franchise cost: £32,500 (plus VAT)

  • An intensive 2-week training programme to provide you with the knowledge and expertise you need to get up and running
  • Your own dedicated Territory Support Officer to provide you with help and support
  • Training materials and guide on how to train and employ staff
  • A comprehensive operations manual with step by step guidance
  • First year fees with registering body; any organisation that wishes to provide care must be licenced to do so. We will provide you with support and training to acquire your licence and we will also pay for your first annual fees.
  • We will register you with the United Kingdom Home are Association (UKHCA), The Social Care Association (SCA) and Investors in People. This will give your business the credentials early in your business life.
  • Your own website which will be made for you, allowing you to market your business online straight away.
  • A range of company stationary such as letterheads, business cards and compliment slips
  • Company promotional material such as flyers and leaflets for advertising
  • Corporate uniforms for you and your staff
  • Industry leading software to keep your business organised.
  • Territory marketing and research to ensure that you are putting resources in the right places.
