Who is ideally suited to our franchise?

Our most successful franchise owners are motivated individuals looking to build a business of value to support themselves, their families and their futures. Typically, you will either have a strong business background but want to benefit from our property industry knowledge or you come from a strong sales background within our industry but would like our business start-up support. All of our franchise owners recognise the benefit that the franchise brand brings in giving their new business the kick-start and quick growth to take market share.

You’ll most likely start your property franchise as an owner-operator and very quickly grow it into a management franchise – your role in the business will depend on your skills and interests. The daily tasks in your office will include:

  • Registering applicants and conducting viewing appointments
  • Administration of new tenancies and property management
  • Negotiation with buyers and sellers.

Our franchise owners use approved third party accountants to process rent and collect fees enabling them to concentrate on growing their business. Investing in your future

How the financials stack up

To launch your property business, the typical set-up costs are c£90,000 including VAT. This also includes our franchise fee of £18,500 + VAT and £15,000 working capital. Due to the success of our franchise, the major high street banks will lend up to 70% of the cost of the franchise depending on your personal circumstances.

You will pay a monthly Management Services Fee of 9% of turnover + VAT. This pays for all the ongoing support you will receive from our dedicated support team.

Your return on investment will always be intrinsically linked to the effort that you put in to your business. However, on average our franchise owner turnover £245k by year 3 and you can expect to build your business value to in excess of £680k in just five years*.

We will be able to work through potential figures for your franchise during a discovery meeting.

* Based on £650 average monthly rent.
