Banana Moon Franchisees "Over the Moon" as three more nurseries open..

Banana Moon Norwich, Banana Moon Hatton and Banana Moon Baddesley are the latest franchised nurseries to join the Banana Moon network.

Banana Moon

Franchisees Liz Scoular (Hatton) and Aaron Kelly (Norwich) are both delighted with the response to their local marketing and are busy showing parents around their new settings.

Liz said “we are very proud of the fact that since opening we have a 100% sign-up rate from parents who have been to visit – in fact the only person to visit that didn’t sign up was actually a mystery shopper sent by the franchisor to make sure we were doing it all correctly – it looks like we are!” Aaron said “there was a lot to think about in the early stages, but they guided us through it all and I have to say we are over the moon with the finished result!”

Baddesley franchisee Riann Jordan has been in the news before. Riann was so delighted with her first Banana Moon nursery in Kingsbury that she decided to open a second, hence the launch of the new Baddesley site.

Riann is not one to stand still though, and even before this nursery had opened its doors she had started looking for her third site – a real testament to her belief in the system if ever there was one.

These recent openings take the Banana Moon Franchise Network up to a total of 10 nurseries open and trading, with excellent results being reported from the existing sites all across the country. Solihull franchisee Mohamedraza Virji said “we have just completed our first year’s trading, and already we are 8 months ahead of schedule in terms of the number of children registered. I know that our business plan was cautious, but it still makes me very happy to see us beat it so dramatically!”

Five other new settings; Chiswick, Fulham, Reading, Wimbledon and Walsall are all due to open over the next 6 months and the Banana Moon Support Team are getting busy helping them get everything ready. Hot on the heels of these new settings Banana Moon have 14 further areas reserved for franchisees, taking their network to 29.

There’s always lots to do when preparing a nursery for launch, and Banana Moon have doubled the size of their support team to ensure that they have plenty of capacity to assist franchisees. Travelling the length and breadth of the country sourcing premises, liaising with builders and town planners, preparing business plans and generally getting everything geared up for their latest franchisees Banana Moon clearly do take franchisee support extremely seriously.

This is a great advert for franchising as it is this which makes the difference between franchised businesses and those that choose to “go it alone”. In fact, Banana Moon franchisees nominate the “quality of support” as being the number one reason for joining their franchise network.

2013 is looking set to be a bumper year for this fun new brand but they still have parents crying out for them to open up a Banana Moon nursery in other parts of the country. If you have been thinking about joining them then now is the time to do it – Banana Moon will assist you with site selection, business planning, staff recruitment and marketing even before they start training you how to run a nursery!

They are committed to making sure that all Banana Moon franchisees are successful and the proof is there for you to see. If you’d like to talk further about the franchise or just to find out if your area is still available please do contact them now.
