We conduct our one-to-one meeting in London and sometimes we hold opening day. On the 27th of February 2016 we held a Husse Franchise Opening Day in Manchester. During the meeting, we demonstrated the business opportunity, including market information allowing our candidates to develop a comprehensive understanding about the pet industry. Our director, Dr Majid Rajaby, spent a considerable amount of time explaining more about pet nutrition and what makes our products unique. Combining the business, along with  the product knowledge, our candidates went away with a sufficient level of information to conduct further research in their area – along with Husse samples to trial our products. Sometimes we also have special guests from Sweden, and on our last opening day in Manchester, Tim (sales director) from Sweden talked about our global success and demonstrated our proven track record since 1987. We know everyone couldn’t attend our meeting due to other commitments, and for this reason we have made a brief video from our Manchester Opening Day.

The main and the most important role of our franchisees is to develop and maintain relationship with local pet owners. The franchisor (HQ) supports Husse franchisees in managing the business operations, such as veterinary advice to customers and franchisees, creative designs, and support from the business development manager and franchise manager. Husse England also invests £50 (subject to terms and conditions) a month on direct marketing, and when requested, we consider further investments in bigger events within our franchised areas.
