Shropshire born and bred Adrian Hughes has returned home to trade life in the dairy industry for a new national domestic housekeeping franchise business, Bright & Beautiful®, covering Newport, Telford, Shrewsbury and its surrounding areas.

Prior to becoming a new franchise owner, Adrian spent 20 years forging a career in the food and beverage sector where he traversed the UK working for a vast array of companies. Though he thoroughly enjoyed his time in this field, Adrian decided to challenge himself with a new business opportunity where he could utilise his extensive managerial skills, while remaining closer to home and his family.

Launching on 8 July, Adrian has a trusted team of four local professional housekeepers, all of whom have been carefully selected, referenced and DBS checked, and working in teams to ensure reliability and client peace of mind. They provide a bespoke and tailored service that offers cleaning, tidying, laundry and ironing to the highest standards of security and service and only eco-friendly products and equipment are used to be kinder to the health of client’s, their children and the team.

Adrian said: “Having spent most of my career away from home, I made the decision that I wanted to run my own business and for it to be based in Shropshire. I knew I wanted a franchise that had both a core focus on team building and a strong environmentally friendly ethos which is why, after researching many options, I am delighted to become a business owner for Bright & Beautiful.

“The business will be built on the people we employ – we intend to create the right environment for our teams to thrive and grow by offering continuous training and will always be looking to promote from within. I am really excited to not only generate roles for local people, but to provide a first-class housekeeping service at the heart of the community.”

Based in Telford, Bright & Beautiful covers Newport, Edgmond, Lilleshall, Tibberton, Hinstock, Priorslee, Telford, Ironbridge, Shrewsbury, Bayston Hill and surrounding areas.
