Caremark Franchise OpportunityThe venture, driven by three parties, Caremark International Ltd, Forestals and the KDM group is the second such international launch for Caremark and was received with great anticipation and eagerness by all who attended.

The joint venture was warmly welcomed by Dr. Cassar as a great step towards private companies and NGOs contributing to the health and social care sector.

“The demand for this kind of service, that is, care service provision in the community, is one which is increasingly on the rise” he commented.

Caremark CEO Kevin Lewis, in his opening address, said how pleased he was to be able to work in partnership with the Maltese organisations, bringing this exciting new venture to Malta and was looking forward to seeing Caremark’s quality care service operating within their local community.

Caremark (Malta) is preparing to open its first office in San Gwann, offering care and support services to clients on the island, whilst providing new employment opportunities for local people in the community. This new collaboration between Malta business professionals and Caremark International Limited is the first of its kind to come to Malta and will see the provision of high quality care, support and companionship services to people of all ages with a variety of needs, within their own homes and local communities.

At his opening address, Dr. Cassar further commented “I have consistently sought to fetch and support initiatives originating from the private sector which sought to complement the policies, plans and projects of the public healthcare system. I believe there is a place for all in our health system.”

Caremark’s reputation for excellence and years of experience in the UK home care industry offers a note of reassurance to the people of Malta, who will benefit from a service that offers a robust, professionally developed home care service.

Caremark (Malta) will be looking to create around 100 new jobs across the Maltese archipelago, offering great opportunities to develop a career in this rewarding sector.
