Derek Delaney, franchise owner of Granite Transformations, recently relocated to a new premises on Marsden Road in Bolton.

Derek started his business on that exact same road eleven years ago, but his new premises at 1-3 Marsden House is a clear sign that the business is continually expanding and the 140sq metre building is sorely needed.

Derek is one of twenty Granite Transformations franchisees in the UK, and his range began as a kitchen worktop replacement service. However, his business has flourished in the last few years and he is now doing complete kitchen and bathroom renovations. He has also taken on additional projects in commercial and residential spaces, and has continually been kept busy!

His new showroom is called TREND Transformations to represent the range of products and services that can be found in Bolton. Derek is excited about the new premises and what this will mean for his customer base.

“Now we are operating from a much larger showroom, and under the rebrand, we can offer more products to our customers. Alongside the existing worktops and kitchen renovations products, we have more mosaic options and designs on show – the impressive space is so complimentary of the incredible designs.”

“The new showroom is much easier to navigate, and we always make sure customers are offered as much or as little assistance as they need. We have always introduced them to all the products on offer, but now the service feels more streamlined. It feels great to be able to serve our customers in this dedicated space, and breathe some life into this previously neglected location. It’s a testament to the hard work of our 12-strong team including my wife, Pauline, my son, Daniel, and all of our salespeople, manufacturers and fitters that we’ve needed to triple the size of our showroom.”
