There’ll be no need to while away the miles, counting Eddie Stobart lorries on the motorway in future – thanks to FASTSIGNS® Swansea.

The sign and graphics company has just launched a new scrolling billboard service which will make truck-watching a more action-packed experience.

It has a fleet of new generation lorries with roller displays on all four vertical sides of the vehicle, capable of displaying up to 50 billboards in sequence.

FASTSIGNS Swansea can even display a clear billboard to reveal the truck’s cargo, arranged to the advertiser’s specifications.

The driver can control the display boards by remote control from within the cab.

The venture has come about in a joint venture with Green Monkey Media, an advertising agency based in Coleford, Gloucestershire.  Green Monkey designs the adverts, and FASTSIGNS Swansea produces the high-quality scrolling graphics. 

The advertisers share the running costs of the truck with other companies taking out scrolling graphics.

Simon Rees, owner of FASTSIGNS Swansea, is excited about the new venture: “Moving billboard trucks are one of the best mediums for advertising. There’s a moving target out there – it’s called a customer. Not only are those customers travelling, they’re probably bored silly counting Eddie Stobart lorries.
