The Care Compliance Monitor looks at data from Care Quality Commission (CQC) inspection reports and includes a league table showing the percentage of inspected branches which are fully compliant with CQC’s core standards covering care, safeguarding, staffing, management and respect for clients.

Commenting on the latest report, CEO of Home Instead, Trevor Brocklebank said, “Because we set our standards above those required by CQC I would expect Home Instead to score highly in the Care Compliance Monitor. Our 97% score and consistent performance reflects our high standards and the quality care that we deliver day in day out.”

Ruth Brown, Head of Franchise Development added: “We are always looking for franchisees that want to make a difference in the community and we provide them with extensive training and support. We are extremely proud of all our franchisees and this fantastic accolade is testament to the quality of care that they deliver across the country.”

Not-for-profit organisation, Mencap, secured the overall top score with 98%.
