Christmas has come early for Josh El-Gueddari, the Bournemouth-based franchisee from My Window Cleaner.

Having only launched his business in mid-November, he already has over 64 customers! He has been averaging 3 new customers a day, since the business went live.

Josh’s plan was to have 50 customers in month one; with two weeks to go, he will exceed his goals and revenue figures, which nearly total £1,000 already. Average spend per customer is also significantly above expectations.

Josh said: “Knowing that Alan in Canterbury had such a successful business launch, reaching over 55 new customers in his first month, I was determined to beat him; not that I am competitive or anything!

“Having already achieved that, with still a few weeks to go, is just fantastic and I could not have wished for a better start to my new business venture. I have not told Alan yet, but knowing he is equally competitive, I may keep it quiet!”

My Window Cleaner has 23 years’ worth of business and marketing experience and Josh was able to apply the model to his local territory and reap the rewards. The business model allows for a growth of 600 regular customers in year one and both franchisees are well on the way to achieving that.
