Global recognition for Mail Boxes Etc. UK & Ireland in group awards

Mail Boxes Etc. UK & Ireland has achieved a major accolade in the MBE Worldwide Excellence Awards 2017, which is judged amongst 32 countries worldwide.

Chairman Simon Cowie and his team received the Knowledge Contributor Excellence Award from master licensee MBE Worldwide SpA, recognising their efforts in contributing to the post, parcel and print franchise business’s focus on customer service.

“I am really proud of the team for winning this award,” said Cowie. “We are happy to contribute ideas and share our practical experience for the benefit of the global network. We share details of our marketing campaigns, as well as hosting international franchisees and master licensees from other countries on our new franchisee induction training programme. This enables them to take these proven success stories back to their countries and use them to create franchise opportunities to help establish and grow their networks.”
