Craig-Henthorn Caremark Franchise Opportunity

Craig Henthorn joined Caremark as the new Managing Director in August 2011. Having 15 years experience within the franchise industry, Craig brings to Caremark a whole range of expertise including franchise support, development and operational experience. He intends to use all his skills to continue Caremark’s growth and is very excited to be leading the company to even greater development over the coming months.

On being asked what made him decide to join Caremark, Craig reflected “I already had experience in the franchise sector and knew it was something I liked. Caremark is a big company and is set to become massive within the care industry in the near future. Craig has just completed the intensive two week franchise owner training course, which is standard for any new member of staff, giving him a thorough grounding in the Caremark system and the care industry which it serves.  “Whilst it was very intensive and challenging, I was keen to experience the same training as our franchise owners which has given me the confidence to start my new role,” he commented.

Sean- Cragg Caremark Franchise Opportunity

Caremark continues to drive forward with plans for significant overseas development. Over the last  five years Sean Cragg has played a significant role in Caremark’s impressive growth and has now taken on the responsibility for International Franchise Development.

Jo Oyama brings to Caremark a wealth of experience. Although Jo’s background was not in franchising, her previous career model was similar, having worked primarily with various charities, a few of which included MIND, Mencap, SCOPE and Primary Care Trusts. This involved business development, marketing and capacity development, which leaves her well placed in her new role within the Care sector. Although completely new to franchising, Jo commented “Caremark has given me the chance to move into a different sector, whilst bringing current knowledge and skills to a new job”.  Jo now resides in the Brighton area making her ideally located to support her region, as well as having a sound knowledge of the area from her previous role.

Karen Pennington Caremark Franchise Opportunity

Karen Pennington joins Caremark with a background of over 10 years in franchising, having been a franchise owner with Pitman Training as well as operations manager in franchise support. Her prior knowledge of care from her involvement with the family businesses of care homes, compliments her new role as Regional Support Manager within the Home Care sector.

Jenny North Caremark Franchise Opportunity

Jenny North joined Caremark earlier this summer to manage our continuing development of Specialist Services focusing on Learning Difficulties, Young People in Transition, Acquired Brain Injury, Huntingdon’s Disease, Creutzfeldt-Jakob disease and Dementia. Jenny has many years of experience working within these specialist areas having worked for over 20 years with West Sussex Social Services.
Upon joining Caremark Jenny commented “It is exciting to be able to set up and develop a new specialist service under the Caremark name. By offering a specific Support Service we enable some of the most vulnerable individuals to have a better quality of life whilst allowing the businesses to support a wider group of customers”.
