With the continued growth of the company, the new appointments ensured the high quality of support given to the franchise network was maintained, whilst ensuring the company is well positioned to embrace further expansion, both within the UK and the International markets.

A strengthening of the management team saw the promotion of Anne O’Rourke to Operations Director for Caremark Limited, now responsible for managing the UK business.

Anne O’Rourke was previously heading up the Regional Support Management team out in the field.  With a previously peripatetic working life, travelling around the country visiting different franchisees, Anne will now be spending more time at Caremark’s Central Support offices in West Sussex.

There was promotion also for Paul Richards, recently appointed as Caremark International Development Manager, now responsible for development of the business opportunity in the overseas markets. Prior to this, Paul was supporting Caremark franchisees in the Midlands area as their Regional Support Manager.

Phil Mason takes up the post of Regional Support Manager for the Midlands Region.  Phil comes from a very successful background in staff recruitment within the field of residential and domiciliary care.

Lorraine Hawkes was appointed as Support and Administration Co-ordinator, working from Caremark Central Support in Worthing, West Sussex. Lorraine’s appointment will meet the needs of Caremark’s growing network, ensuring correct usage of all Caremark’s policies and procedures, as well as organising and coordinating various network events throughout the year.

Kayleigh Bailey joined the team as Administration Assistant, working closely with the Central Support Team at Worthing and supporting with all aspects of daily business and events within the company.

The strengthened team will continue to work with the growing network of franchisees to support them to build excellent businesses, delivering quality home care services throughout the UK and abroad.

Caremark, through its franchised network, delivers a service of home care and support to people of all ages, abilities and ethnicities who would like to remain living independently at home, but who may require some support to do so.  The company operates throughout the UK, Ireland and last year opened its first office in Malta.
