New business workshops help mentor the entire ERA network

For just over a year now, the top 30 performing ERA partners have been coming together at Business Workshops to discuss what they consider to be best practice and how to share their findings. These sessions are proving to be very beneficial, not just for attendees, and will be shared with the entire network.

Five full-day workshops have now taken place, with knowledge gathered from the workshops then cascaded through the network, helping other partners to achieve their goals. The effect of this mentoring programme will see franchise partners increase their client conversion rates and profits too.

Lawrence Knott, Head of Commercial & Marketing Strategy, explains: “The Business Workshops focus on three key elements: selling wider and deeper to current clients, extending the life of the client, and developing new business. Since they began in 2012, we are already seeing the effects throughout the network.”

A sentiment that’s reinforced by Paul Lewis, Head of Operations: “Since starting the workshops, we’ve seen an increase in appointments, sales conversions and revenues. It’s just great to see so many like-minded people getting together and sharing their insights without complacency, united in creating more success.”

The workshops are another good example of the continued development and support that ERA offers to all its network partners, with its award-winning group office team directly motivated to help each partner reach their growth objectives – be that £50K or £500K per annum.

Franchise partner, Robert Stearn, discusses the workshops and the support ERA offers the network: “One of the biggest benefits is sharing a forum with my peers – we’re facing the same challenges and learning how to overcome them together. Without fail, I’ve taken at least three things away that have helped my business grow. It’s indicative of the entire ERA approach.”

Following the success of the initial workshops, five more are already in the diary for 2014.
