Rapid growth for Kare Plus

Leading care franchise Kare Plus has more than doubled its franchise network within the last seven months, with twenty-four franchisees now signed up and new enquiries continuing to rise.

Kare Plus Franchise Opportunity

According to Kare Plus Managing Director Steve Welsh, the recruitment surge is due to a combination of factors including an increased awareness amongst potential franchisees of the lucrative opportunities created by significant changes in the health service and in the way care is being delivered in the community.

“The NHS is simply unable to cope with the demand for health care as our population ages, so under the new Health & Social Care legislation passed this year, patients are now able to choose services which best meet their needs, including independent sector providers like Kare Plus.

“At the same time, the NHS are issuing contracts for healthcare provision across the UK; Kare Plus has successfully tendered for many of these and we are looking for franchisees in key areas to deliver the services at regional level,” he explains.

“What sets Kare Plus apart is this ability to provide specialist healthcare services as well as domiciliary care,” Steve continues. “We are one of only a few franchisors to have a license to supply staff to the NHS, and already have strong established links with national private hospital groups, as well as nursing homes.

“Although we offer excellent home care services to a wide range of different clients, we are also able to offer potential franchisees a substantial additional revenue stream from providing nurses as well as non-medical carers to healthcare organisations, which means higher profits and lower risk. Obviously, this is an attractive proposition for potential franchisees, and therefore we are experiencing higher levels of interest than ever before.”
