Tell us about yourself…

I have three passions in life. My family (especially my three beautiful children) and running – there is no better stress buster for me than hitting the road, running for miles and as a bonus it keeps me fit. My third is business, I thrive on success and being a business woman running my own business. It provides me with a great work:life balance but most importantly, I never stop learning. I learn something new every day.

What do you love most about your job?

I love my job because every day is different which is great! I can never be bored working with any of my clients. What I truly love is the fact I help businesses grow by offering a working model that fits round them, their business and is affordable (with the added bonus of working with some amazing people).

Top business tip?

This is really one for the working mothers in the business world out there and will help massively with time management – employ a cleaner at home. It has changed my life on all counts.

Who’s your hero?

Tanni Grey-Thompson. She was born with a medical condition that stopped her from walking and running. She has taken part in four Paralympic Games, won 11 gold medals and won the London Marathon six times. After she retired from racing, she went on to help disabled sportspeople. I find her amazing – if anyone has a “can do” attitude, it’s her. I find her inspirational. I have run the London Marathon myself and it is hard enough without a wheelchair!

What’s next?

I love being a SmartPA Partner and now is such an exciting time for the company. I am excited about contributing to the team and growing the business as a whole but also growing my own SmartPA Franchise.
