The global recruitment company Antal International has announced the opening of two new offices located in the UK and Pakistan.

The new Managing Partners Nausherwan Akram and Muhammad Akram Malik as well as their recruiters Irfan and Salman have joined a comprehensive induction programme on the week of the 13th July to expand the Antal services within the IT and Engineering sectors.

Nausherwan and Muhammad are father and son and have joined hands in order to set-up their businesses in the UK and Pakistan. In order to support the business, Muhammad has also hired his two sons Irfan and Salman who will be the first of a very powerful team of recruiters.

Naush brings with him more than 14 years of experience a variety of commercial and technical roles, has led a number of global initiatives, managed cross-functional teams and achieved breakthrough results for global industrial companies. This has earned him the reputation of a “trusted adviser” for the CEO and the Executive team and an inspirational coach/mentor for his fellow associates.

Malik has an illustrious career spanning 30 years in the petrochemicals and chemicals industries in Pakistan. Malik had an accelerated career progression being named General Manager of ICI Pakistan. After an early retirement, Malik worked as a business consultant operating from the UK providing services to a number of clients based in the UK, Middle East and Pakistan.
