The Serenity Loves Story

Serenity Loves, the multi-award-winning hair and beauty salon, has made big impressions due to its unique selling point as a hair and beauty salon with a crèche annexed to the salon.

The idea was born while Jo Rofail-Bevilacqua was pregnant – it was the fact that many ladies have the time and freedom to have their hair and beauty treatments in luxury but after having children it is quite a different story. Having to arrange childcare or have mobile therapists come to the house to perform treatments was far from practical. This led her to the idea of a salon where women could take an hour or two to feel like their old selves while their children had fun in the salon crèche.

Serenity Loves Hairdressing. Our qualified stylists provide definitive, professional care and treatment for our clients’ hair. We work with some of the best stylists so clients can relax while receiving the care and attention to detail for their hair that we at Serenity Loves believe they deserve.

Serenity Loves Beauty. At Serenity Loves our fabulous beautician is ready to look after our clients’ every need from head to toe! We have provided a range of amazing beauty treatments for them to enjoy – all of which have been designed to enhance their appearance; making them look and feel sexy, confident and ready to take on whatever life throws at them.

Serenity Loves Tanning. Enjoy the look of sun-kissed skin all year round with our professional self-tanning equipment at Peterborough-based Serenity Loves.

Serenity Loves Weddings. Our key focus is ensuring that our bride looks perfect. She will have a team of dedicated hair and beauty professionals at her disposal to make everything just right for her in a relaxed and happy environment. We also offer packages that will look after the maid-of-honour and the bridesmaids too – they will all receive the highest quality hair and beauty treatment.

Training

Our extensive training programme will ensure that franchisees learn all aspects of running a successful Serenity Loves franchise by attending a tailored training course at our head office. Practical hands-on training will be given at each franchisee’s own premises once their business is launched.

No previous experience is required as the training will ensure that within a short time, you will be in a position to run your own Serenity Loves franchise knowing that you have a dedicate team in the background ready to help and support you. Every franchisee, as part of the package, will receive our operations manual covering all aspects of the business.
