Trends and Facts About Recruitment Franchises

With over 1.5 million temporary staff being found placements every week in the UK, it is not hard to see that an employment franchise or recruitment franchise is a good buy for the right person. There are franchise opportunities in every possible sector if you want to specialise, but general recruitment is also a very big business. Employers are increasingly using outside recruitment agencies to find their staff, especially in seasonal sectors or in areas where work flow comes and goes. In recruitment franchising and employment franchising you will be given all the training you need and you can start with quite a small office or work from home in the first instance with a correspondingly low start-up cost, investing in premises and people as you progress. It has been estimated that the turnover for temporary staff placements in the UK is over £20 billion per year, with a proportion of the placements becoming permanent.

Recruitment franchises are a good way of striking out on your own if you have a background in HR and you can soon build up a very lucrative business. One thing that a employment franchise can almost guarantee you is repeat business; much of your time will be spent building up a good relationship with your clients and some placements almost run themselves. This makes cash flow very easy to predict and whether you have a general trades franchise or prefer to specialise in something specific such as a childcare recruitment franchise you will find that by being scrupulous in choosing your staff for placement, you will soon be the HR provider of choice in your area. If you have a personal experience of a specialist area such as medicine or education, you can build a very nice niche market for your business.
