Describe the work that SmartPA has given you…

SmartPA has given me online and office administration work which I enjoy very much.

I enjoy the researching, working on technical systems, programs like Dropbox, the typing of reports and other office documentation, etc.

I’m gaining a wealth of knowledge currently, more than my previous employment because working online is more challenging than being in the comfort of an office environment. I enjoy how I’m being “stretched” currently.
 

Has this work given you a better insight into SmartPA?

Yes, it has helped me understand how SmartPA works on a daily basis; their methods and processes. It has exposed me to how things are done at SmartPA.

I’m very happy to have started on this route because it is going to help me a lot once I start working with my clients in South Africa. Having this much understanding of how SmartPA works on a daily basis is empowering and developing me greatly.
 

How has paid work form HQ paid helped you financially?

It has helped me to pay some of my bills, buy groceries, petrol and give my son some pocket money.

How has paid work from SmartPA benefit you personally?

It has benefitted me personally in a great way because I have work to do on a daily basis. I’m being kept busy every day and that is something I enjoy.

Learning new things every day challenges me positively and motivates me to want to know even more.
 

What have you enjoyed most about working with SmartPA HQ?

Learning how to work on their systems and programs. As a naturally technical person, I enjoy learning about new systems and programs.
