Whilst on the day Card Connection narrowly missed out on the top spot in both the categories they were shortlisted for, they still ran the front runners a very tight race as finalists in the 2021 Best Franchise Awards.

“We came equal second against stiff competition in both the Business to Business category and the New Entry Category,” explained a delighted Michael Johnson, Managing Director of Card Connection (pictured centre of the group above, alongside Regional Sales Manager Andy Bull).

To achieve such recognition, franchisors must have taken part in the Franchise Satisfaction Benchmark Programme, in which they score their franchisor on qualities such as initial training, ongoing support, the health of their relationship with their franchisor, and ultimately whether they would recommend their franchise to a prospective franchisee.

“Although we’re the UK’s leading supplier of greetings cards supplied via franchising, it’s great to also be recognised for doing this whilst displaying industry-leading best practice as a franchisor,” said Johnson.
