Customer Service is at the heart of the business and all staff have been trained to deliver exceptional standards of service not just in the front of house but behind the scenes in the creche, hotel, training centre and grooming spa.

The Bow-WOW© factor continues at SCC this week following the opening of the new grooming spa ‘Fluff the Ruff’© an important new service for the creche dogs and public, offering a unique fully air conditioned grooming spa managed by Sophia Button, our new grooming manager.

SCC continues to provide a number of new jobs to the area in canine care and now grooming and continues to grow its customer reach. Last week alone the creche cared for approx. 400 dogs.
