Cheshire based franchisee Jamie Hickson is celebrating reaching over a million pound turnover in just two years with leading healthcare service provider Kare Plus. Jamie, who is set to achieve £2.2 million by the end of 2014, is planning a move to larger premises to encompass his growing business, and will also be investing in a fleet of liveried vehicles for his staff.

“I have 72 staff on my books, of which 50 are on the payroll every week, and that is set to rise as my business continues to expand, so it makes good economic sense to have our own vehicles,” Jamie explains. “The staff are very proud of being part of Kare Plus and are delighted with the idea; of course, liveried vehicles will substantially increase visibility of our brand around the region too – basically, it’s a no-brainer!”

Although several Kare Plus franchise owners do have a background in healthcare, Jamie formerly worked in the financial services sector; Andy says Jamie was quick to recognise the fantastic business potential of the franchise and with the full support of the Kare Plus management team, is making a great success of his business.
