THE new football season for the MK Dons is already a winning one for FASTSIGNS® Milton Keynes.

The sign and graphics centre, based on the Denbigh West Industrial Estate in Bletchley, has spent the summer producing giant posters for the stadium’s advertising

hoardings for the first time.

Some were as long as 12 metres. And they nearly always had to be produced in a hurry.

Said FASTSIGNS® owner Alan Grimes: “The MK Dons wanted advertising hoardings up before the new season. The smallest poster is 3.5 metres long. The largest come in three pieces.  We design the artwork, print it, and get the posters over to the stadium in double quick time. Now the season’s begun, we sometimes only get a day to put a job together before the next match.

 “This is one of the biggest jobs we have done but it demonstrates are capabilities to take on projects of all sizes and deliver on time.”

Alan and his three members of staff like the challenge. “We were doing some work for the MK Dons last year and they’ve gradually used us a lot more. It’s great news for us because it raises our own profile at the stadium,” he said.
