About us

For more than 10 years, we have been providing an extensive range of services to all adults who require support to live in their own homes.

We market these services directly to the users and, with many individual contracts rather than a few Local Authority ones, we have minimised the financial risk. We support people with a range of needs due to learning or physical disabilities, mental health or other health issues.

What’s included?

We provide the materials, systems, information, training and advice that you need to set up your business and begin trading. Once you are up and running, we will still be there to support you. Our management services fee is 6.5%.

We will help you to replicate our proven business model and implement our robust processes so that you mirror our success. This is an exciting franchise opportunity in a growing, multi-million-pound marketplace.

Offering support at every stage

We help to get you up and running by offering advice and training and we will continue to support you while you develop your PerCurra franchise.

You will benefit from our experience in building a successful business. We know what works and what doesn’t so we guide you from day one, saving you time and money.

We have comprehensive training systems in place to lead you through every aspect of your business, from care quality commission registration to delivering an excellent standard of care. Some of this training will take place at our head office whilst other elements will be delivered in-territory.

National marketing

Your business will have its own pages on the PerCurra website and you will benefit from our national campaigns and social media posts.

Running your PerCurra franchise gives you the chance to change your own life and improve the lives of your clients. You will have the opportunity to build a market-leading profitable business in your territory whilst helping the people in your community live a better quality of life.

Is this the right franchise for you?

You do not need to have experience in the care sector but it is an advantage. However, we do ask that you have:

  • Some management experience
  • Care and compassion for your clients
  • Self-motivation to build, market and expand your business
  • A strong commercial awareness
  • A real desire to own and run your business, but the ability to follow our successful systems while doing so
  • Communication skills and the ability to deal with a wide variety of people
