With the current housing boom reaching new heights, Chris Hutton owner of Agency Express (Cambridge), has capitalised on this growing trend by expanding his operation to service the adjoining Peterborough area. Agency Express is the UK & Ireland’s largest estate agency board contractor, erecting and removing ‘For Sale’ boards for estate agents in over 40 areas across the country.

In just a little over a year, Chris has built the business impressively and added another vehicle to the fleet to service the increasing demand from estate agents in the area. With this expansion he has taken the opportunity to recruit his friend Steve Clark into the business.

Born and raised in Cambridge, Chris has had an extensive career in management with an international distribution company. His desire to set up his own business then led him to meet with Agency Express Managing Director Steve Watson. Chris was awarded a franchise from the company to operate in the Cambridge area and when the opportunity arose to operate in the adjoining Peterborough area, he was delighted to take on the challenge.

Chris said, “Over the past year I have been able to develop links with estate agencies in and around Cambridge and hope to achieve the same levels of success in Peterborough. Chris is 41 years old and lives in Ely near Cambridge with his wife and three children.
