Having discovered Domestique at a Franchise exhibition, we did not want to make a hasty decision so spoke at length to several cleaning franchise companies and visited 3 of them. This confirmed that Domestique was the one that suited us best.

Paul & Karen made us feel welcome and we felt very comfortable. We got the impression nothing had been hidden from us as they were very open and honest. What you see is what you get with Paul & Karen.

Upon starting the franchise we received training which was logical, complete, professional whilst also friendly and totally open. The operations manual and CRM tools are excellent and easy to understand.

Help and advice is available from Paul, Karen and fellow franchisees on the forum and because of this we have not had any problems or worries. We are now into our 4th year and going from strength to strength.

Would we recommend joining Domestique? Absolutely, it is the best decision we’ve made.
