Before joining Aspray, James Coulman, spent many years in the RAF as an engineering officer. After leaving the RAF well-trained and self-disciplined, project management was the direction James wanted to take. James believes that being in the forces prepared him perfectly for a successful career in franchising.

“The most enjoyable part about being in the RAF was the project management element” James explains. “Along with my passion for property, I just knew that this was something I wanted to do on my own.”

He began to search online for business ideas and after shopping around on various franchise websites as well as a little guidance from the BFA, the award-winning Aspray franchise opportunity caught his attention. It was then when James decided to attend an Aspray discovery seminar and embarked on the recruitment process.
