As a Managing Director in the Miami area, Howard is tasked with building out a world-class team of Managing Partners in the USA South Region to help area businesses adapt to the new challenges of the 21st century, from climate change and political unrest to the potential for future pandemics and economic upheaval. Now, more than ever, Howard is excited to help Valenta’s clients access transformational resources that were once only available to Fortune 1000 companies, while SMEs had to stick with the sometimes-minimal resources they could afford.

Valenta’s solid global infrastructure enables Howard and his team of Managing Partners to provide clients with affordable off-shore services that help companies outsource tasks and streamline processes, from accounting and finance to human resources and digital marketing. As Howard oversees the growth of Valenta in the southern United States, he’s excited to offer clients a cache of automation and digital transformation resources to help them reduce their reliance on paper and streamline communications, access to information, and processes.
