I am Jen and I own and run (along with a great team) HITZone Ashford!

I have always had a love for health and fitness, either being involved in a sports team or spending my evenings and weekends dancing in a dance class or competition.

Before opening my own HITZone studio, I worked for a trading company, looking after investors. However, before that I spent 8 years working in the fitness industry in various gyms and as a PT. When the opportunity of owning my own HITZone studio came about I couldn’t say no and jumped at the chance – 2 years later, I am SO glad that I did.

I LOVE IT!!

I don’t know many people that really and truly look forward to going into work and really love what they do. I LIVE, DREAM and BREATHE HITZone! It’s my 3^rd baby!

Here at Ashford, we have helped so many people gain their confidence back through fitness – either by losing weight, making new friends, trying new things or falling back in love with exercise!

We have a beautiful, energetic and contagious community at HITZone – not just in Ashford, but with all the other studio members and owners. We are one giant family.
