SmartPA Lisa Woolnough won her first client in her first week!

She now has 18 clients and feels that the most notable improvement in her life since starting her SmartPA business, is that her time is now here own.

Lisa tells us that her biggest professional achievement to date is the fact that she has run her own business for 3 years now and her turnover is ‘growing by £25K year on year’…

Lisa also tells us that long weekends are now a regular thing for her, especially in the summer. Being her own boss, and a rather nice one at that, means that taking time off is now no longer an issue!

Lisa feels that she hasn’t just reached her goals but exceeded them. She set out with a view to just offer delivery and fill her days up with a few clients or supporting other partners but had no idea that she would also be winning business on a regular basis, and quickly running out of capacity herself.

With the network of SmartPAs available she has also found that she can offer everything to everybody and doesn’t ever need to say no to anything a client or prospect requires.

As Lisa’s SmartPA journey has progressed she feels her goals have evolved from those that she had at the outset, and 3 years in, rather than delivery of service, she will now be focusing on offering ‘purely account management, with little or no delivery’.

So, what’s Lisa’s next big milestone? ‘To turnover £100K in year 4!’

If she could go back to the start and give herself one piece of advice Lisa says it would be to not doubt herself, to tell herself that she can do it!
