My main strengths are that I am determined to succeed in all I do. I have strong communication skills and a hard work ethic. My areas for development are learning how to run a business as I have not done this before.

Why are you interested in operating a franchise?

I am interested in operating a franchise so I can see the rewards of my hard work and also so I can work from home and fit it around my family.

Hi, my name is Rebecca Orme and I am based in Kent and cover the surrounding areas. Customer service and helping businesses is my passion. Assisting people with their every-day tasks and problems is where I get my job satisfaction and pride in what I do.

The areas of business where I specialise in is providing social media management, e-marketing, telesales campaigns and day to day PA and administration services.

For the past fifteen years I have been involved and surrounded by business having been part of a family business and helping it grow from scratch to a 7-figure turnover, I have gained experience in all administration roles which has included diary management, resolving queries, general administration, social media management, telesales and email marketing along with upholding customer relationships.

Along with the development of assisting in the growth of a family business, I have also been employed in a corporate environment and have worked for one of the largest insurance and holiday companies in the UK where I have put my skills forward in offering first class customer services and with very high KPI’s; I am happy to say I was one of the top performers.

I am dedicated, efficient and highly self-motivated and have reached a stage in my career where I now want to help other businesses to reach their full potential and this is where I truly get my job satisfaction and fulfilment.
