For over 40 years I owned and run a successful car showroom until the property I ran the business from was sold. This left with dilemma of what to do next. I was too young at 62 to retire, but didn’t really want to set up a new business from scratch. I was looking for an established company which gave me the independence I have always had.

I investigated the possibility of investing in a franchise. During a thorough examination of the franchise literature and  online franchise sites I kept coming across about the Snack-in-the-Box (SITB) franchise, which  I felt that it met all my criteria. I applied for more information in September 2009.

I found SITB to honest and professional and extremely supportive. My business which operates in Chichester, Brighton and Crawley was launched November 2009. The SITB Head Office team are really interested in my welfare and responsive to my business needs. The training they gave me was excellent and taught me all I needed to know to get my business off the ground. I am impressed by the fact that should I have any problems that there is always a friendly person at the end of the line to help  me.

The launch program was excellent, SITB  found all of my intial 75 customers and installed all of the machines too. Since the launch, I have been expanding my client base. The business has been going so well that my wife Jennifer will be joining me in the near future too.

I delighted that I hit my first quarter target of having a turnover of £2,500 a week and am looking forward to further growth throughout 2010.

I have no qualms in recommending the SITB franchise to anyone with energy,  a positive outlook, and a desire for success. The  work is very enjoyable and it is very interesting meeting lots of different people who really appreciate the service I provide.
