About Us
We have created a successful local business model, teaching thousands of children and adults to swim. Founder Angela Wilson is passionate about the way swimming is coached. An ex-GB international swimmer, Angela knows the importance of technique. Her programme has been perfected over the years, and several swim schools now benefit from the same business structure. Whether aspiring to the highest level or simply learning for leisure and to feel safe in water, we teach clients to swim with style.
Angela’s first swim school was developed into a thriving business over several years. The second school was launched in 2010 to the same business model, and quickly became a success. To grow the business further we needed committed, like-minded people. Franchising was recommended to further develop our successful enterprise, to manage growth and share the rewards. Five franchises were quickly established following the launch of the franchise business in autumn 2013. We are presently extending franchise opportunities throughout south-east England.
Our franchisees manage their business, including local marketing and PR. They run the administration, and the appointment of coaches, and organise the classes. It’s a healthy, varied role; in the early stages, franchisees will be active in all areas, then delegate coaching and admin roles as the business grows. A reasonable level of computer literacy is important. Recruitment, training of swimming instructors, and a consistently high quality of teaching are mandatory.
