Founded in 2017, Care Improvement Associates (CIA) have been at the forefront in delivering care quality solutions for care providers across the country. The Opportunity

The CIA franchise opportunity gives you everything you need to start your own care consultancy business. As a CIA franchisee you will be providing a wide range of services and solutions including, care quality consultancy, mock CQC inspections, award-winning ‘Be Outstanding’ care quality software, care quality surveys, crisis management, interim management, and training & mentoring.

What you will receive

You will receive initial training via our comprehensive training programme, ongoing support, and the option for business mentoring too. A marketing start-up kit will also be provided to help support the growth of your business.

The Investment

The cost of the franchise fee is £20,000 +VAT. Government-led funding is available for the full cost of the franchise fee to help you get your CIA franchise business off the ground.
