ComputerXplorers – delivering hands-on children’s technology sessions for a great start in ICT. From coding, 3D animation or web design to digital art, robotics, film-making, forensic technology, and much more, ComputerXplorers’s technology-based workshops operate in curriculum-time classes and after-school activities across the UK. ComputerXplorers delivers technology programmes that engage AND educate pre-schools, schools and after-school clubs, as well as hospitals and family learning venues.
ComputerXplorers works in partnership with a range of educational organisations to deliver a unique blend of technology-based activities and education. The business was brought to the UK in 2006; we have franchisees throughout the UK and are looking to recruit across the country. The head office team have extensive experience in franchising (MD 20+ years) and also runs three other franchised businesses.
The franchisee is responsible for building and managing the business, ensuring its profitability and for building relationships within the marketplace. You will be meeting with school heads, presenting at assemblies, communicating with parents, managing your teachers and planning curriculum delivery. If you enjoy children, value education, understand the need for ICT and have passion this could be the business for you.
ComputerXplorers run a comprehensive induction training programme – the bulk of which is at head office, but partly also at your own venue. Training includes sales, marketing, curriculum management, finance, business development and CRM.
