The dessert parlour industry is forecast to be the next big thing to hit the UK market. Creams Cafe currently have 83 sites in operation and is on target to open 100 stores by the end of Q1 2019.

There are currently 30 franchisees in our UK network. 10 of these franchisees have multiple sites. Our very first Kiosk opened in Woking Peacock Centre in March 2018.

Our three models are:

  • Urbano Moderno: 83 stores are now in operation with plans to open 100 stores by the end of Q2 2019.
  • Kiosk: The first store opened in Woking, Surrey. We plan to open 45 by the year 2022 in the UK.
  • Emporium: The first restaurant opened in Canterbury, Kent. We are now rolling out in historic cities both in the UK and internationally.


Creams Cafe restaurants typically cost from £285,000 to £400,000 (excluding VAT). The pricing can be above or below this range and it very much depends on the specific retail shop in question.

Kiosks will typically be from £100,000 and £150,000+. The cost of a Creams Emporium ranges between £400,000 and £500,000. Our franchise royalty fee is 5% of net sales and a marketing fee of 1% net sales.

Your investment enables you to use the Creams Cafe trademark, its system for preparing, marketing and selling food products, its information and other confidential and proprietary information.
