Training

Envirocare is ISO 9001, 14001 and OHSAS 18001 certified. All franchisees are covered by these recognised certifications after completing the initial training course. Ongoing training is delivered through regular regional meetings and an annual conference.

Daily Life of a Franchisee

Franchisees divide their time between managing their grounds maintenance teams, account management of existing clients, new business generation by providing surveys to potential clients and auditing the quality of the work completed by their employees. The business is based from commercial premises but franchisees spend most time, once the day has started, out and about. The beginning and end of every day is spent at the depot with staff.
