Training and support provided

It will cost nothing for the training we offer. You just need to attend a 1-week Induction Training at The Sheep Pen, located at the company headquarters, a 1-day Business Training Course at one of our national training academies in the Midlands, and 2 National Conferences is required. As part of the franchisee package, we will equip you with a 10-day training “Success Summits.” In addition, you will be provided with professional property photography training and receive a full starter pack which contains essential items you will need for setting up your business.

The ideal EweMove franchisee

To become successful as a EweMove franchisee, previous experience is not necessary. However, you need to have a “can do” attitude to thrive in the business. Aside from that, you need to be hard-working and should be “people-centred.” The initial investment for buying a franchise is £19,995 + VAT got an average territory size of 20,000 households. You will also need to have a working capital for first-year marketing costs of at least £2,000. Banks can lend 50 – 70% of the cost depending on your financial history.

EweMove’s history

In 2013, David Laycock and Glenn Ackroyd put up EweMove. The two were former franchisees who had gathered a property portfolio worth ₤15 million. Prior to being franchisees, David was an ex-banker and IT guru. Glenn, on the other hand, was an ex-lawyer turned marketing magician.
