- Income- Each property will produce at least £200 per month.
- Economy-The population of an area must be 65,000+.
- Linked-Every area must have excellent schools and transport links.
- Demand-We aim for houses that are 2 bedroom+ as these are very sought after.
The strict criteria we follow is:
- 7.9% capital growth per annum
- At least £200 cash flow per property
- 2 bedroom+ houses only
- Within 10 miles of a major city
- 8%+ ROI

How much is the cost to join?
Minimum investment £35,000 per property which is broken down as follows:
£7,497+VAT lifetime membership fee payable in advance and includes fees for your first investment property.
£27,503 to invest in at least 1 property payable to solicitors when we get your first deal.
The more capital you can raise the more properties you can buy, for example, if you want 3 properties right away then you would need circa £97,509 including all fees.
Training & Support
An onboarding session will be provided for all new franchisees to help them get up and running.
