Hey Baby 4D is a rapidly expanding franchise network, with 20 locations already open across the UK. We plan to open just 15 more locations, with a view to expanding overseas thereafter.

Training & Support

As a Hey Baby 4D franchisee, you’ll receive full advice and training in the setting up of your clinic. This includes (but is not limited to): all policies, procedures, standard documentation, know-how, website and booking system, and regular reviews and advice from the franchise team.

We will work with you throughout the duration of your franchise term with us to ensure that your clinic is the best it can be. It’s in our interests to help you succeed; we want you to stay with us for the long haul.

Large Territories

We allocate larger territories than most franchises, ensuring that there’s a large enough population to sustain your business. There’s usually room for a second clinic, too!

Fixed Monthly Fees

We won’t charge you additional royalties when you begin making more profit, enabling you to plan your finances effectively as you’ll always know what to expect.

Digital Marketing

Our team will manage your paid advertising on Facebook and Google, saving you hundreds of pounds every month in agency fees!

What We Look For In a Franchisee


More than anything else, you need to care. About pregnancy, about babies, about customer service and satisfaction, about making a difference and working together.


You don’t need to be a sonographer to be successful in this business. However, you do need to have an interest in the industry and be prepared to invest your time and energy into developing yourself professionally. If your professional background isn’t in healthcare, you will be required to undertake additional training and qualifications as part of the regulatory requirements of the Care Quality Commission (CQC). Our team will guide you through this process.


As a provider of healthcare services, You must operate in a moral and ethical manner at all times.


Working collaboratively, developing our growing brand and sharing ideas and experiences is a family affair!

What You Need

In order to be considered, you must be able to commit at least 30 hours per week to the opening and running of your business.

Prior experience and/or knowledge of working in a management role is desired but not essential.

You must be prepared to undergo additional training and to physically work in the business in the first year.

As part of your CQC registration, you will be required to undergo an enhanced DBS check, and you may be subject to financial and health checks. This is standard practice of the regulator.
