After a 2019 market study into our brand’s appeal, we were thrilled to find that Mr Simms still holds a special place in people’s hearts, thanks to the unique character of Martin’s original vision and our incredible range of traditional products: but we also learnt that our customers today prefer a modern sense of tradition to pure nostalgia.

Do I need experience?

Before opening their stores, all new Mr Simms franchisees and/or managers are required to attend our training course in one of our shops. Whilst every franchisee and every store is individual, the Mr Simms brand remains a constant, setting standards and expectations for the customer experience that must be maintained.

The course includes in-store sessions and provides you with an overview of understanding the brand and market, as well as operating a Mr Simms store and running a business.
