Our ethos is to recognise individual needs and requirements. Previous estate agency experience is not essential to become a Newton Fallowell franchisee. We work with you to create a bespoke induction and training course for you and your team, so no matter what your experience we will a have solution to suit your requirements. Training covers an introduction to Newton Fallowell, residential sales and lettings, IT and software, marketing, legal compliance, accounts, office management and business planning.Daily Life of a Franchisee
You will be based between the office and on the road visiting properties and meeting landlords, tenants, sellers and buyers. You will be making sales calls and customer service calls. Dealing with members of the public on the phone and face-to-face. Monitoring monthly budget and forecasts and profit and loss accounts.Full Description
