Initial Training
All new franchisees complete comprehensive aquatic and business training programmes, equipping you with the skills and knowledge you’ll need to run a successful Turtle Tots business.
Our fully immersive residential aquatic course explores the Turtle Tots programme in depth, and is a blended training course with pool time and “dry training” over Zoom.
You will receive two days of tailored business training, designed to equip you with the key skills and knowledge to launch and run a successful Turtle Tots franchise. You will learn about all key business functions, with a particular focus on marketing and sales to help you launch your business as successfully as possible.
Ongoing Support
Turtle Tots head office team has a wealth of knowledge and experience to support you in growing your business. We tailor this to your individual needs based on regular two-way feedback and performance reviews.
We will help you through the process of growing your business at each step, be that growing your teaching team, employing business support staff or even building your own venue. We are here to guide you.
There is a strong focus on continued professional development, and there will be opportunities to gain further aquatic-related qualifications as your experience and business grows.
Annual Conference & Working Groups
You’ll attend our annual Franchisee Conference, where we share our strategy for the coming year, hold training workshops and bring in relevant speakers. It’s also an opportunity to share best practice and experiences with other Turtle Tots franchisees.
There will be opportunities to join our Franchise Advisory Council and various franchisee working groups, to help influence decisions on many areas of the business, ensuring that franchisees have a voice in all discussions.
