Your Zone Studio

YourZone Studio operates a revolutionary group fitness and weight loss workout set in welcoming, comfortable studio environments. YourZone is unlike any other fitness concept out there – designed to offer members motivation, enjoyment and visible results where they can expect to burn up to 1,000 kcals per session.

YourZone is based on a booking system with a typical club operating 60 – 80 YourZone sessions per week. Members pre-book their workout, which lasts just 55 minutes and in that time the personal trainer will train and motivate them while following the pre-designed workout created by our head programmer (who creates a different workout every day!)

The state-of-the-art heart rate system allows members to track their goals visually on a screen during their workout which has also proven to be a factor in securing new members.
